The Ottawa Fertility Centre offers sperm cryopreservation services for our patients. Many patients freeze sperm prior to undergoing procedures or treatments that threaten future fertility including cancer therapy and testicular surgery. In other circumstances, it may be advantageous to freeze sperm for use in future assisted reproduction treatments.
