The Ottawa Fertility Centre operates a drug dispensary, which carries all the medications you will require for your fertility treatment, at competitive prices. Official receipts are provided at the time of sale, for submission to drug insurance providers.

Our pharmacist is available to answer your inquiries regarding your medications. To reach our pharmacist, dial (613) 686-3378 extension 4. Our dispensary is open from 8:00am to 12:00pm and 12:30pm to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday. The dispensary is closed on weekends and statutory holidays. During your treatment, our nurses are also available to answer your medication and treatment related questions.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns of any medication, even if un-opened. However, if stored properly, these medications can last for several months for your later use. Alternatively, some medication may be acceptable as a donation, to be provided to another patient, free of charge. To donate medication, please notify the pharmacist or one of our nurses.
