Fees for Non-OHIP Insured In Vitro Fertilization

Patients who do not have both fallopian tubes blocked, including those with valid OHIP coverage, and those with blocked tubes who have completed three OHIP-insured IVF cycles are not covered for in vitro fertilization by OHIP. Fees for IVF and additional services are listed below.
