This section provides information about fees for fertility tests and treatments. For patients with valid OHIP coverage, physician visits and most diagnostic tests are paid for by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan. Out of province patients and those without a valid OHIP card will be billed for their services at the current Ontario Medical Association (OMA) rates. Please refer to the appropriate section for a list of services and fees.

Fertility Treatment Fee Policy

• Full payment is collected when patients call with their "Day 1" to initiate treatment.
• Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Interac or cash.
• Certified cheques must be made payable to "The Ottawa Fertility Centre".
• Refunds for any services not rendered are issued in the month following completion or cancellation of treatment.
• All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. A currency converter is available at the Bank of Canada website.
