During visits to the Ottawa Fertility Centre, our patients will meet many members of our staff, all of whom are integral to the high-level of service provided to our patients. All hold patient satisfaction as their top priority. Our administrative staff will provide prompt and courteous service, taking care to maintain discretion and patient privacy. Our certified laboratory technicians are fully-trained in phlebotomy and blood hormone determination. Our sonographers maintain a specialized focus on fertility-related ultrasound. Our pharmacist and pharmacy technician are dedicated to the treatment of our patients, providing education for safe and effective use of fertility medications.
