Mark Evans (Managing Director) completed undergraduate degrees in Literature and Education at McGill University and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Ottawa in 2005.
In 2006, Mr. Evans joined the Ottawa Fertility Centre as its Managing Director. Previously, Mr Evans worked in the field of strategic human resources management and communications consulting at various organizations including William M. Mercer (China), Treasury Board Secretariat, Nortel Networks and the City of Ottawa. Since 2006, he has passionately managed the Centre through a period of rapid growth and change.
Mr. Evans is on the Board of the Canadian Fertility and Andrology Society as the Past Chair for the Administrative Special Interest Group. In his role as Chair, Mr Evans worked to build strong collaborative relationships with fertility clinic managers across Canada.
Most recently, Mr Evans joined the Board of Directors of Fertile Future, a non-profit organization committed to helping men and women diagnosed with cancer gain access to fertility preservation and support services. Mr. Evans sits on the Strategic Planning committee.
