Carrie Spadaccini

Carrie Spadaccini (Human Resources Manager) joined the Ottawa Fertility Centre as Human Resources Manager in March 2011. Carrie completed her Human Resources Management certificate in Ottawa at Carleton University, Sprott School of Business.

Carrie comes to the Ottawa Fertility Centre as an expert in Human Resources Processes and Best Practices. Carrie brings with her over ten years experience in people and performance management, recruitment and selection, and training and development. Carrie brings a fresh and innovative approach to Human Resources and prides herself on being an Employee Advocate, a Strategic Partner, and a Change Champion.

Carrie's professional affiliations are with the Human Resources Professionals Association, Ottawa Region Rewards Association and more recently, the Canadian Fertility and Andrology Society
